What you can do before you pay
Set a wedding up, put the moments and the venues in, load the guest list, and see what the desk looks like with your own weekend on it. The subscription is what carries a wedding through the parts that leave the building: the RSVP link, the sheets that go to vendors, and the table plan.
If you already run trips too
It is one account. A planner who also runs group travel signs in with the same email on either front door and sees both, so there is no second subscription and nothing to migrate.
Questions about the money.
Is there a per-wedding fee?
No. Five weddings in a season cost the same as one. Pricing per event is how this category usually works, and it punishes the planner who is busy.
What happens in the off season?
Cancel and come back. Your weddings, documents and rosters stay where they are, read-only, until you subscribe again.
Does the couple see the price?
They never see a paywall. What they see is their wedding, the decisions waiting on them, and the three mails we send them.
Can I pay in the app?
Yes, on iOS and Android through the store, or on the web by card. The subscription is the same either way.
