Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 8, 2026

Welcome to WeddingCraftr. These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the WeddingCraftr web app, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Rodrigues Consulting LLC ("WeddingCraftr", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at security@weddingcraftr.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including trips, itineraries, notes, photos, and documents ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g., resize images), display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service and providing it to you and the collaborators you choose.

You are responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. AI features

The Service includes AI-powered features such as itinerary suggestions, tour recommendations, document parsing, and an in-app AI named Lorenzo. AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify important details (flight numbers, dates, addresses, prices, opening hours, and reservation status) directly with the underlying provider before relying on them.

Access to certain AI features depends on your plan: free trips carry usage limits, while paid plans and per-trip unlocks expand or remove them.

6. Third-party services and bookings

The Service may surface information from, or link to, third-party services, for example tour providers such as Viator, lodging booked through links we generate with Stay22 and fulfilled by online booking sites such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Vrbo, flight results handed off to Skyscanner, and mapping providers. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing, or fulfillment, and any transaction you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that third party.

7. Fees

Certain features of the Service are offered for a fee, currently: WeddingCraftr Pro (a monthly or yearly subscription), WeddingCraftr Agents (a monthly or yearly subscription, plus a per-member fee for each additional team seat), and a one-time Trip Pass that unlocks a single trip. Current prices, billing cycles, and any refund policy are presented at the point of purchase and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Free trials, such as the Pro trial for new accounts and the trial for agent accounts, expire on their own; you are never charged unless you actively subscribe. You can cancel a subscription or update your payment method at any time from the billing page in the web app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Purchases are made on the web; our mobile apps do not sell subscriptions. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Teams

Agent accounts may form teams. Membership is by invitation and acceptance. When you join a team, the other members gain access to the trips you own (including itineraries, chat, expenses, and traveler details) and you gain the same access to theirs; the team's lead may reassign ownership of a trip to another member. To leave a team you must first transfer ownership of any trips you own. Only join a team with people you trust with your trip data.

9. Sharing and public itineraries

You can share itineraries with people outside the Service by secure link. Links are time-limited, but anyone who holds a link can open it, so you are responsible for who you share it with.

You may also opt in to publishing a trip as a public itinerary. By publishing, you grant us a license to host, display, and promote that content publicly, for example in search-engine results. Published pages do not show your name or profile. You can unpublish a trip at any time; we cannot recall copies cached by search engines or other third parties.

If you take part in our partner or referral program, your participation (including referral links, earnings, and payouts) is governed by the separate terms of that program.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content provided by us, is owned by WeddingCraftr or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

"WeddingCraftr" and the WeddingCraftr logo are trademarks of Rodrigues Consulting LLC. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

11. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without obligation to you.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially viable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution, will survive.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or fit for any particular use.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will WeddingCraftr, its affiliates, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WeddingCraftr and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (i) Your Content, (ii) your use of the Service, or (iii) your violation of these Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you through the Service or by email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented at the point of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and WeddingCraftr regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
