Which address to use

Three mailboxes, so the question lands with whoever can answer it.

• contact@weddingcraftr.com is the general one. Trouble with a trip, a question about billing, something that looks broken, an idea for what we should build next, or a note about the writing. If you are unsure, this is the address.
• privacy@weddingcraftr.com handles anything about your personal data, including access, correction and deletion requests under the GDPR or the CCPA. What we hold and why is set out in the privacy policy.
• security@weddingcraftr.com is for suspected unauthorized access to your account, and for reporting a vulnerability you have found. Tell us how to reproduce it and we will take it seriously.

We have no phone line. It would be one person picking up between other work, which is worse than an email that gets a considered answer, so we would rather write to you properly.

Who is behind it

WeddingCraftr is operated by Rodrigues Consulting LLC, a Delaware company, and has been running since 2025. The same entity is named in the terms and in the privacy policy, and it is who you are contracting with when you subscribe.

Elsewhere on the newsstand

The Journal is the writing side of WeddingCraftr, where the planning habits get argued out at proper length. Day to day we are on Instagram. The apps live on the App Store and Google Play, and reviews left there get read too, though we cannot reply to you through them.

If you have used WeddingCraftr and want to say so somewhere other travelers will see it, we are on Trustpilot. Good or bad, we would rather it was written in public than not written at all.
