What this is.
What is WeddingCraftr?
The desk a planner runs a wedding away from home from. A board of every wedding you have on, the run sheet you work from on the day, the roster and the headcount, what each vendor is owed, and the sheets that go out to the caterer, the hotel and the venue.
Who signs in?
You, the assistants and coordinators you bring on, and the couple. Three kinds of people, one wedding, and different views of it.
What does the couple see?
Their wedding, read-mostly, and a queue of what is waiting on them: the menu, a shortlist of florists, the seating. They approve or decline, and you watch it happen. They pay nothing.
Do guests need an account?
No, and they never will. Guests reply on a link, and the reply lands on the roster with the meal, the dietary note and the plus-one attached to the right household.
The half that travels.
How is this different from a wedding planning tool?
The planning tools stop at the venue door. None of them knows a guest's flight, the release date on your room block or whose passport expires in March, which is most of what goes wrong when the wedding is four hours away by plane.
Can I bring a guest list I already have?
Yes. The workbook reads exports from the usual registry sites, and an update import matches on email so a second upload corrects the roster instead of duplicating it.
Does it work offline on the day?
The run sheet, the roster and the vendor numbers stay readable on the mobile apps once you have opened the wedding. The olive grove has no signal and never will.
The rest of it.
What does it cost?
$15 a month, or $150 a year, for as many weddings as you run. The pricing page has what is included.
Who is Lorenzo?
The AI at the desk. He has read the wedding, so he answers from it: what is unconfirmed for Saturday, who has not replied, what is due this month. He is a nudge, never a nag.
Is a wedding used to train an AI model?
No. Guest data and the documents you upload are never used to train a model, ours or anyone else's.
Who runs WeddingCraftr?
Rodrigues Consulting LLC, of Wilmington, Delaware, which also runs TripCraftr. Same company, same accounts, same database. The contact page has the address and the right mailbox for each kind of question.
